This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southeast North
Dakota.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Snow ongoing. Between one and three additional inches of snowfall
is forecast by this evening, greatest across the James River 
Valley. Strong northerly wind gusts around 35 mph will create 
significantly reduced visibility with falling snow. Storm total 
accumulations of 3 to 5 inches are expected. A Winter Weather 
Advisory is in effect through this evening. Do not use cruise
control in winter driving conditions. 

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low.

Wind gusts over 40 mph are possible Saturday.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southeast North
Dakota.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Heavy snow ongoing. Storm total snowfall of 6 to 9 inches is 
expected by this evening. Northerly wind gusts to 35 mph will 
create white out conditions, especially in open country. Plan on 
difficult travel conditions. Do not use cruise control in winter 
driving conditions. Strong winds and heavy snow may cause tree 
branches to fall, leading to power outages. A Winter Storm Warning
is in effect through this evening.
