Locally heavy rainfall today will likely lead to urban and small 
stream flooding. Isolated flash flooding is possible as well, 
particularly in northeastern Pennsylvania where rainfall amounts 
could exceed two inches. Monitor the latest statements and forecasts 
as the situation unfolds.
