central Virginia, east central Virginia, north central Virginia, 
south central Virginia and southeast Virginia.

The remnants of Hurricane Michael are forecast to track across North
Carolina then off the mid-Atlantic coast from late Thursday into 
Friday morning. Right now, the primary threat is heavy rain and
minor flooding. However, strong winds are expected by late Thursday
night and Friday morning. Please continue to monitor the latest 
forecast track from the National Hurricane Center.

The remnants of Hurricane Michael are forecast to track across North
Carolina then off the mid-Atlantic coast from late Thursday into 
Friday morning. Right now, the primary threat is heavy rain and
minor flooding. However, strong winds are expected by late Thursday
night and Friday morning, with the potential for wind gusts to 40 to
50 mph. Please continue to monitor the latest forecast track from 
the National Hurricane Center.
